I realize boys like to tell you, 'You're special to me.', 'I'll be there for you.' and other nice things that make you feel like you're the only special one. But in fact, some thinks that 'Everyone is special.', therefore saying that to you. Don't you feel cheated? Like how he can make you feel like the only special one only to realize he says and feels the same way for other girls too?
Therefore whenever someone says to me that 'I'm special.' etc, i tend to not take it seriously and continue to feel unspecial. Just like how you said that i'm special. then i say everyone special to you, then you say some only. And that destroys the use of the word special. Because special is only meant to be said to one person who you truly feel is special, and is different from the rest.
but yea, i hope everyone can find someone who tells them they're the ONLY special one :)
